U9 to U12 Premier  games are played at central venues

Game Times

For all weeknight games standard kick-off times will be as follows:

• 18:30 until August 14th
• 18:15 beginning August 15th
• 18:00 beginning September 1st

*Later kick-off times will be permitted only on fields with lights.  The latest permissible kick-off time on fields with lights will be 20:30.

U18 games will conclude by August 20^th – they can start a week early if teams would like

League Operations:

The EODSA has contracted E2E Soccer to run the daily league operations.  They can be reached at league@eodsa.ca once the season begins (we will notify you when to start using this email address for league inquiries).  League preparation will be done by EODSA Staff.

Fee:

$330.00 per District and Development team
$400.00 per Regional team
$ 50.00 per U8 team/per festival

Application Deadline:

February 27th for Regional teams - Teams won’t ‘register’. The EODSA will invoice.
March 24^th for District and Development

Team Withdrawal Deadlines:

EOSL-Regional

Up until March 30th, forfeit team entry fee
Between April 1st and 30th, forfeit team entry fee plus fine equal to team fee
May 1st or later, forfeit team entry fee plus $1000.00 fine

EOSL-District and Development

For each Team withdrawn after March 24th at midnight the Club will forfeit the full fees paid. For each team withdrawn after May 1st the League will assess an additional fine equal to the team registration fee.

Teams withdrawing from the League to take a regional position will receive a full refund.

U8 Program:

• One each in June, July, August and September
• Each team will play 2 games per festival
• Games will be 2 x 15 min halves (up to a maximum of OS guidelines per day)
• Open rosters to allow players to change teams during the day
• Will require Club hosts. Hosts will pay the referees and receive the fees from attending teams. Hosting duties include:

1. Providing, scheduling, and paying referees
2. Providing up to 10 U8 fields in one location
3. Operating a festival tent throughout the festival to answer questions
